Friendly staff, the nurses are attentive to care and needs, CNA are compassion about their residents. I had a good experience with my loved ones care.

My mom stayed here a few days for recovery. We had one issue with the call button the first night but after we communicated our expectations, they were wonderful. Mike was an amazing nurse who really stayed on top of things and we really appreciate all the kindness and help the staff provided.

My husband has been at Pacific Care Center for a while now. I can't say enough about the hard working staff & the compassionate and caring administrator, Kevin. He is as involved with the residents and their families as the nurses & nurses aides. Not something you see too often. I highly recommend this facility.

My brother was a resident for a little over 2 month and recently passed away unexpectedly at the age of 66. I am not giving a negative review regarding the staff but management. There are not enough staff members to keep up with the residents needs including dietary,personal hygiene and mental stimulation /daily activities. As a person that worked at a couple of different nursing homes for over 15 years I am shocked that the facility actually is licensed by the state. The room was filthy. Bathroom which was not used by my brother had splashes of feces all over the seat and toilet . Sink looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. There was a hole in the wall. Safety violations noticed. Sad that he ended up spending the last month of his life in such a horrible environment. The morning

Absolutely terrible ownership and management. The environment is toxic and many of the staff talk to the residents horribly and flat out ignore them. The staff are underpaid and under appreciated, so they can't keep a decent staff. One aid per hall and usually one nurse for the entire building per 12 hour shift, so your loved one won't be cared for promptly and will be at bare minimum. There is absolutely no dignity for their residents, they need knew management in every department. Most of the management and staff spend their time outside or in their cars smoking and on their phones. What does the administrator do? Nothing.
