My experience with this office and doctor was outstanding. I felt desperate with chronic hives and my previous allergist gave me no hope for s solution, other than prescribe double anihistamines 2 times a day to control hives and never gave me any alternative treatments. After leaving numerous messaged for Dr Sugar, I called Dr. Basens office for help! The wonderful receptionist got me in right away. Dr Basen immediately had a solution of 1 shot a month. Ii was so excited there was a remedy.. so glad im here and found this wonderful office. I’m so excited to work with the doctor. You will be also.

Dr. Basen and his team have been helping me for about 3 years. They are always very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. This practice is run very smoothly and even if they can’t answer the phone the moment you call, they always return calls promptly. This is not what I call “a big box practice”. It’s a smaller quiet office where employees know your name and you can be confident you’ll receive the best care.
