Started out okay. You barely get to see the dentist, but he seemed mellow. The hygienists he hires tend to spastic blondes who never shut up. He doesn't seem to be able to keep one for very long. The receptionist is pathetic. You can call and not get an answer, leave multiple messages and not get a call back. The only way to get an appointment is to keep calling until she answers. They used to be responsive in the case of emergencies, but not anymore. Something has changed over the years for the worst. They lost me as a long-time patient.
Dr. Burgstaller and his staff are wonderful. He’s been my dentist for 20+ years and now my son sees him. He is very kind and gentle.
Very gentle dentist and he cares about my comfort during treatment. Staff are very pleasant and accommodating. I'm glad I found this office!
Love my dentist! Simple, easy, teeth are in good shape. Hygienists always nice, quick and efficient.
Doctor and staff are a joy. The house is charming, and they don’t charge an arm and a leg because there’s not a ton of fancy technology to pay for. True hometown, no BS dentistry. Love.
