If I could give this practice a lower rating I would. My son went in for wisdom teeth removal and they were unable to find a vein and told us he would need to have it done at the hospital. When asked to schedule, we were told they would reach out to us to schedule the surgery. We received a letter several days later that was postmarked the same day as his originally scheduled surgery, that stated that Dr. Ali was no longer performing elective surgery at hospital facilities and advising us to contact another practice. A list was provided, but why was this not shared beforehand? Why lie and say they would call to schedule? Why put him through all of that and then be so deceitful? I wouldn't recommend this office. I scheduled my sons oral surgery consultation in early August and got an appointment for March 25th. They called today to cancel and not reschedule his consultation or surgery, saying they only have one Dr. and his schedule is already full for the rest of the year. My son is having orthodontic work done around this schedule and now I will probably have to wait at least 6 months for another appointment with a new oral surgeon. Don't waste your time.

If you want an appointment at 9 make it two hours earlier and even then you might get seen by 10. Cake to get my wisdom teeth removed so my nerves are shot then having to sit in a waiting room for going on two hours. Anxiety levels are through the roof and when I Ask the front desk they say “ they just grab whatever folder they want then go from there” WHAT IS THE POINT OF SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT THEN. Staff are very unprofessional and rude do not recommend go elsewhere if you can

Overall surgery was smooth, I had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Rice and it was done before I knew it. My biggest complaint is that I got stuck five different times because no one could find a vein for the IV. At one point I had two nurses trying to find veins on one arm, and Dr. Rice on the other. No one could get it, I kept being told I had crappy veins, and then the door opens AGAIN and there was yet another nurse who came in just to say something to another. I was starting to get really annoyed and overstimulated, I understand this practice is busy, but I could tell tensions were getting high and the impatience was rising, and then without warning Dr. Rice sticks the needle in without warning. Mind you I didn’t know who was going to stick me at this point. I was not comfortable befo

Made an appointment 9/1/2022 with Dr. Ali paid $160 for a consultation and X-Ray even though I had a recent x-ray 8/8/2022 from a previous dental clinic less than a month ago. We agreed to go forward with oral surgery once my insurance company approves payment, the office would call me back with a surgery date and time. They called me back a month later 10/2022 said: I was good to go, insurance approved set appointment for surgery 10/2022 gave me instructions for general anesthesia I was ready to go.
