This facility is disgusting. There’s no air circulation, no ceiling fans, no AC. There’s no water cooler. Upon arrival you’ll fill out 1 form. That form will list your current medications. Your job is to “scribble out the prescriptions you don’t take”. After you hand over your one form to the receptionist, she (the receptionist) will have you step onto the scale, then document the weight shown. The receptionist will then have you continue to stand, not to have a seat and relax, while she takes your blood pressure and heart rate. The receptionist will be quick to inform you that she is not a nurse. And then you’re certain to be underwhelmed by the disheveled, unkempt doc with dirty hair. I mean…Is this place for real?

Ozark neurology has the worst communication skills ever. They do not return your call. They lack bed side manner. The doctor didn’t shake my hand and barely made any eye contact with me. Their back staff was very short with me and cleaned up the room before even dismissing me. I was referred to do an eeg at a hospital and he didn’t even tell them what kind of pre op he wanted me to do. So nobody knew what they wanted me to do and of course Ozark didn’t pick up. I have called and left voicemails and they never returned them. I work in the medical field so I know how patients should be treated, and they lack the respect for you.
