Lyndsey Whitaker is amazing! I’ll be coming back to Ozark Dermatology any time I need to, as long as she’s there! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She’s the reason I’m giving this review 5 stars. On the other hand, the people in the call center are pretty rude and you can tell in their tone of voice that they don’t want to talk to you. 0 stars for them.

Dr Jackson is great! He takes his time to explain everything thoroughly and I can ask questions without feeling rushed. The office staff is great. Someone actually answers the phone when I call.

Wonderfully friendly staff that are also professional. I've been coming three times a week since November. I moved here from Florida, and needed a good dermatologist with light therapy. I live in Bella Vista and this location in Bentonville is very convenient to get to.

Lyndsey Whitaker is one of the best doctors I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had all sorts of issues from sports injuries, surgeries, and mental health stuff, and out of all of those visits Lyndsey Whitaker and her staff are by far my best experience. I also want to acknowledge her nurse Cayden? (Sorry don’t know how to spell his name) they’ve both gone above and beyond what I would expect to help me with what most people see as a minor issue (extremely sweaty feet). I’ve tried every possible option before meeting her and she had me try the last two I hadn’t yet, unfortunately those didn’t work so Lyndsey and Cayden have been fighting with insurance and pharmacies for weeks now for me, ultimately getting Botox injections approved by my insurance. I normally see her for mole removal, and an off

Honestly the dermatologist here have been wonderful with my son but the lady at the front desk had some of the worst manurisms I have ever came across. The blatant disgust she showed me every interaction was just gross. Its devastating this still exists in this world.
