Everyone was very kind and helpful. I came in very stressed and but the service and care I got for my cat was so efficient and high quality that both me and my cat left feeling a lot better! Also I needed some documents for my insurance claim and they were very quick, thorough and helpful. Highly recommend!

Such a positive experience! I really felt that they cared about my pet and his health. Much more personal than many vets I’ve tried. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in addressing all the my concerns. The vet tech was so gentle and caring when it came to handling my cat.

I recently had an experience with Oz Animal Hospital that I felt was unfair and not well handled, but I’m writing this review because Kyle the COO went above and beyond to remedy the situation and earn back my trust and business. Essentially, I had been quoted one price for a service and then was charged a lot more. Initially when I called to dispute the situation I was told I misunderstood what was going on. Eventually Kyle, the COO reached out to me and was deeply apologetic. He explained what happened on their end, admitted they had misquoted me in the first place, and offered me a full refund. I recently switched to Oz after having a horrible experience at another chicago vet chain. I have a reactive rescue and he was given love and kindness during his care! The team really connected with him and me, making sure all my questions were answered and his screenings were completed. Really night and day compared to the other vet. We’ve had 2 follow up visits and he doesn’t even seem scared to go in, which is the opposite of his previous vet.
