Oyate Health Center Urgent Care

Walked in today - walked out with medication needed!! After fighting with my Dr., pharmacy and insurance in my home town for a prescription that was going to be over 2k out of pocket AFTER my insurance - I'm happy to report driving 2 hours to Oyate and another 2 hours home was well worth my time! Thank you to all the staff that help me today.

Don't go to Urgent care if it's URGENT. The service is slow. I should have just took my daughter to a real Emergency Room

We moved back to the area about a year and a half ago and have seen Dr. Dell and his staff for our two kids (currently 4 and 2 years old). We have nothing but praise for Dr. Dell and his nurses. He’s listened to concerns and sent us to specialists when needed. My son has a milk allergy, eczema and needed to see a podiatrist for ingrown toenails. I have complete confidence in him and feel he has incredible knowledge when it comes to concerns with children. He followed up with us when our children needed to be seen in urgent care and even corrected some poor diagnoses and treatment plans. I feel the urgent care providers are not knowledgeable when it comes to treating children. I can tell he genuinely cares about the kids and has their best interests at heart.

Urgent care doctor Janelle isnt willing to help. When you want to see your regular doctor and can’t get in; urgent care is your only option. She is rude and disrespectful. Made me feel like I was a complete waste of her precious day. Wasn’t willing to prescribe any kind antibiotics even after being sick for a month and both my kids have infections. She was unwilling to help with any medications or vitamins to help get better for this mom. Think this tall dark haired female would benefit as a doctor if she listened and wanted to help her patients not just tell them theirs nothing she can do.
