Oxford Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

This review is for the office manager Tamika. She is very attentive and caring to the patients there. When she is walking around the center, she pays attention to details and asks patients how they are. I feel my dad is in good hands when Tamika is there. She is great. The center always smells very fresh also- no lingering odors or smells. Bathrooms are always cleaned. The only thing I would change is the attentiveness of the nurses there and the aids.

Before picking this place, please read all bad reviews and how recent they were. My mom and I chose this place and regret it. She was there for a month on November 2025. At first it was very promising. My mom enjoys the staff who were providing the therapy. But in the end with how terrible she was being treated by the aides, she decided to discharge herself. She left in a worser condition than when she was first admitted. The aides do not consider the patient's needs at all. They really do not care. It takes them hours to get to you. One night, my mom's roommate fell out of the bed and was calling for help. No one came so my mom started screaming too just to get their attention. It still took them a while before they even came to help. They also do not serve food on time. It will be cold

My mom stayed at Oxford Health and Rehab for rehabilitation services. The staff were amazing. They worked on her walking. The building is neat and clean. The director Tamika James is very warm and caring. They took great care of my mom. Her only complaint was some of her meals but otherwise it was very good!

Good rehab facility. Nurses and aid very professional. Tamika James is the best. If you need to go here, make sure you meet this wonderful lady. She will make your stay much more bearable. Ms. James...You Rock!

So far my experience here has been good one. Most nurses and aides are very professional and nice. There are a few that go above in caring for the patients. Care is impeccable and demonstrate that in their assignments. Doctors and nurses exemplify professionalism in treated each one of us. I expected to heal with enthusiasm since all show they care.
