Owl Now Urgent Care

We had a wonderful experience at Owl Now Urgent Care in Lakeland. My son was seen for a head injury that required staples, and we returned 10 days later for removal — we were fortunate to have the same doctor both times, which made the experience even better. The doctor and the entire staff were incredibly patient, kind, and took part in my son’s silly, nervous humor, which helped put him completely at ease. We actually had a great time, which says a lot considering the situation! The doctor explained everything clearly, handled the procedure gently, and created such a relaxed, reassuring environment. The consistency of care, professionalism, and genuine warmth really stood out. We are so grateful and would not hesitate to return or recommend this location to others. (I’d post a picture-

just left this place with my one year-old. If I could give it less than one star, I would. They had me filling out endless forms while I am trying to juggle a sick toddler. When I finally saw the doctor, he suggested my son could have a condition that could put him in the emergency room, or he could just have a cold. I also asked what the condition was several times because it had a very long name, and he scoffed at me because I didn’t know how to pronounce it. Didn’t even bother to write it down, just literally laughed at me. Horrible bedside manner. Plus, this place looks like you’re walking into a nightmare. Do not bring your child here.

Well, this place is pretty much the worst, granted we go to Watson a lot so because they were closed we had to come here and boy will we never be back. The place is just gross dingy no bedside manner from any staff except for the nurse that helped us and took our daughter’s vitals he was the most professional and kind, everyone else was just not really present and acted like they were working at a DMV rather than a place that treats and help helps people. Here goes the laundry list of things: there is no one in the building waiting to see a doctor still took us about 40 minutes and we have insurance and are very good at filling out paperwork. The staff working the front desk barely gave any eye contact and honestly acted like they did not want to be there at all. Once we did see the doctor

My 6 year old granddaughter fell while at school and cut her chin. Much to our delight there was no wait at Owl Now Urgent Care, and she was seen immediately. The Doctor was very gentle and explained everything. Dr Adler had a great way with my granddaughter and made her feel very comfortable as he placed 5 stitches in her chin. I would highly recommend this office.

We went in due to my sons fever not lowering after a day and the front desk girl by the door on the left side was pretty nice, we also saw PA Taylor Banaszak and she was nice as well. We got the help we needed and the resolve we hoped for after being hesitant because of the reviews. Thanks!
