OWL Massage

I made a last minute appointment with Timothy last weekend when I was having some serious upper back pain. I had no idea that I had just made an appointment for what turned out to be the absolute best massage of my life (and I've had a lot of massages!). Timothy took the time to understand my issues and what I wanted to focus on and expertly employed a variety of massage techniques in order to provide the best treatment for ME. I loved how personalized it felt, such a different experience from choosing a massage off of a "massage menu". I walked out of my massage feeling sore (in that good way) and very renewed. In the days that followed my soreness abated and the pain I had been experiencing did not return. If I didn't live 1600 miles away, I would incorporate his massages into a regula
