It is nearly impossible to reach anyone here over the phone. I switched from a different pediatrician to this practice because I thought they would be better and also thought it would be nice to be part of the Atlantic health system. The doctors are very good. I have no problem with the actual medical practice. On the other hand the reception staff is completely useless. It’s almost impossible to make an appointment and no one ever answers the phone. Makes me want to switch to my old practice. This is how unbelievably frustrating it is especially when your child needs medical care!

I called for an appointment at around 10:30am and was able to see a doctor later that day. The waiting room was moderately busy, so I had to wait maybe 20-25 minutes before being seen. Angela, the APN, was excellent. She was very friendly and attentive. All the people I dealt with were nice- the woman who took my appointment, the nurse and Angela. I'd feel fine about seeing someone here again.

Regarding the Overlook Family Medicine Group of the Atlantic Healthcare System located in the Medical Arts building of the hospital complex. Their staff seems to be non-existent, as no one ever answers a phone at this office. I called on Wednesday 01/18/23, No one answered the phone. Their message states that my phone call would be returned within 24 hours. I wanted to get the results of a bone density test that Dr. Pinkman prescribed. Dr. Pinkman was substituting for my usual primary care physician Dr. Alshammary. Also on this date my pharmacy called for a prescription renewal. Thursday 01/19/23 came and passed. No phone call was returned to myself nor my pharmacy. Friday morning, I called again leaving an angry message of why my phone call and my pharmacies were not returned. That mess

They are impossible to reach over the phone. Wait time is forever. Scheduling appointments can take weeks especially if i want a preferred resident. Getting referrals can be very frustrating. Residents graduate and rotate often. Attending doctors are only seen rare cases when residents can't do something. I'm guessing residents are overwhelmed and overworked because they always run late and rarely spend enough time with me. Waiting area time is very short but i spend 20-45 minutes in the exam room. Because residents always run late. As a result they don't have enough time to address everything and i have to come back again. Not their fault but this is what you get when healthcare is business and patients are customers. When they open their own practice it's going to be the same. In many y

the worst hospital in New Jersey. In 2019 I arrived 18 weeks pregnant at 4 in the morning with pain and the first doctor who attended me was at 7 in the morning when I was in the emergency room giving birth to my baby. I started going to the emergency room since I was 10 weeks pregnant because I bled every day and every time I went they told me it was normal. prenatal care gave me the appointment until I was 26 weeks pregnant. who attends a prenatal checkup until 26 weeks ??? Because of all these neglects at the summit Nj hospital, I lost my baby, I bled and had to do blood transfusions. If they had done everything right, I would not be writing this unforgettable story for me. the worst hospital, the worst ER. I recommend the Morristown hospital there I had my next baby after the o
