Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center - Livingston

There were some ups and down during my visits, unfortunately the bad outweighs the good. I’ve been a few times always leaving slightly disappointed in the treatment care. It is important to know that you decide to go here, you need a strong backbone and be ready to advocate for yourself. It seems here that if it is not life threatening they could care less about you need to get better, they want you out the door.

My family and I unfortunately have been to this ER a few times, and we have NEVER experienced what we did a few nights ago. Minus two people, the staff was horrible! They made us feel like we were a thorn in their sides. Not only did they not communicate with us, but the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing! We will be going elsewhere from now on!

The Dr ordered a CT scan , OLOL canceled it twice in a two week time frame due to needing pre approval. The Drs office said that pre approval wasn't needed per my insurance. Needless to say, I'm going elsewhere for my scan.

I had a ct scan today. And Cody was Super nice. He was helpful and made me feel at ease. Check in was fast. I was in and out within 20- 25 minutes. That was with check in and the ct scan. I would recommend coming here to get a ct scan!!!! Cody If you see this Thank you from my heart!!!

Went last week for an Emergency my girlfriend was experiencing, she was constantly not believed and openly judged by the nursing staff, they never came in and explained test results to us in the 6 hours we were there. I’m sure any other hospital in the state would treat you better than how we were treated here. I will not be using FMOL for any medical services in the future.
