Our Lady of Fatima Hospital Lab

I've had blood work done at this laboratory two weeks in a row. They are excellent. Literally not even a "pinch" from two different phlebotomists. Quick, efficient and professional as well as warm and cordial. Highly recommended.

Terrible lab to get blood drawn or could of just been the phlebotomist. She seemed angry when drawing my blood. Firstly, she jabbed the needle into my arm and definitely hit a nerve. secondly, having taken Phlebotomy classes myself, she didnt remove the tourniquet until the 2nd tube of blood drawn which its supposed to be as soon as you draw from the first tube meaning the tourniquet was left on too long. Now i have tingling in the my arm and hand when i move it. Its like have the pins and needles feeling running thorugh my arm all the way to my fingertips constantly. This wont heal for at least 1-2 months. NEVER AGAIN will i go here.

Every time I have blood drawn here my doctors never receive the results. From what I hear from others ( including doctors office staff ) this has happened to others, too. I literally have to go to the lab and find my results.

The hours on the website are not right-went there at 3:30pm on a Tuesday and the doors were locked!
