OUCH Urgent Care Howell

I have been here twice and both experiences were excellent! Thank God they had an x ray machine and tech to diagnose my fracture. They set me up with an orthopedic surgeon, gave me Toradol for the pain/inflammation and put up with my crying and screaming! Thank you so. much!

In and out quick! Arrived at 7pm. Left at 7:30, was told my prescription would be sent right over. Got to CVS, no script found. Waited 20 min, pharmacists said it could take a few to recieve it. Called back at 8pm closed no script sent. Called back at 8am the next morning to find out what happened. No apology. Forgot to click send. Get a paper script so your covered!

Scheduled an appointment due to jaw pain, migraines, and pressure in ears. Told them I suspected an ear infection but wanted to get it checked out. I was in major pain. The doctor came in, looked at my ear with an otoscope, and said nope no ear infection and sent me home without looking into anything else. There is no way to tell an inner ear infection aside from symptoms. She was in the room with me for maybe 3 minutes. This was with Dr Benjamin. I went to a different doctor the next day and was prescribed an antibiotic for an ear infection. Here I am a day later feeling near normal. I wasted an hour and a half and my $25 copay, who knows what they charged my insurance.

Had a fever and coughing this morning and they were so quick and great with service! It was easy to sign in and register. Easily my best ever experience at an urgent care by far. Thank you!!!

HORRIBLE experience! Horrible P.A!....I have sciatica pain, all I wanted was some pain relief for it till I can see my regular dr (its the wkend)...and she gave me a tiny dose of tordal that lasted like 2 hours of pain relief!...I havent slept in over a week because of this pain all I asked her for was like 2 days of pain meds! I told her im not a pain junkie look at my history!...she lied and said she couldnt write scripts for narcotics and expected me to believe that!...save your money and time! Go to another Urgent care! She doesnt give a flyin crap! Just the paycheck! Even when I went in she looked like she didnt give a crap she told me to go to the ER, sometimes people dont take into account how expensive that is! Another sign of not giving a crap!..so sad that drs are like this thes
