I am so happy to have found Dr Patel. He does a great job and everyone is so friendly. I do not need my Cpap machine. I have the oral appliance. It works great and I can sleep well. He worked with me until it was a great fit. I couldn’t be happier. I’d give them a 100% plus rating.

Needed a cleaning after 6 months. My teeth were not clean nor felt clean because she did a horrible job and she spent most of the time typing on the computer. I told them my teeth were not clean on the phone right after I left. I could see the stain along the gums and I know there was more behind that she never touched. I know what a cleaning is, and this was so inferior. Further, they charged for a doctor exam I never received. Who likes being cheated???

In the words of Charles Barkley, just terrible. Waiting over 3 months for a claim to get processed. Totally left in the dark and ignored. They are either grossly incompetent or don’t care. Most likely both. Avoid this place at all costs.

Best dentist around and the staff is wonderful. So happy.

Dr Patel, Sue, and the entire office staff at Ottawa Smiles are fantastic. They truly make your visit a joy. They were able to work us into their schedule in a prompt manner and help us with my moms tooth extraction. This service is invaluable as our area is down to one oral surgeon that services a very large area and difficult to get into.
