Spoke with Michael today who was very rude, Basically refused to help me. I had been trying to transfer some prescriptions online and he had no patience and refused to give me my prescription numbers. He told me he was saving me time by asking me to call the company themselves and ask them to request the medications. Ive been on hold for almost an hour and had to call 3 different numbers.... When I could have gotten the basic information and done it online. it would have taken the same amount of time to answer my questions as it took to tell me I'm waisting his time and 4 prescription numbers is apparently ALOT of prescriptions. I know he is the Owner and I know EVERYONE has had issues with him at least once. Just a warning, VERY RUDE. I've never had a problem with any other staff. I wil

Trying to get a flu shot, I called for an appointment - I was told there is no need- just come by. I had to go 3 times, lost a total of 1 hour waiting and at the end I was told that they were very busy. Still no flu shot. It would have been so much easier to go to West Lebanon.

Good local pharmacy. They'll learn who you are and help you get what you need.
