This dental office was the only place that would accept me when I moved to the area, and I’m glad they did! It is not like the other offices where you’re waiting with a crowd of people for over an hour; it is a quiet atmosphere that is never crowded and I never have to wait long, either.I have been met with such warmth and kindness from this practice, explained to thoroughly about any procedure that I may need and made to feel very comfortable with any work being done and the price for it. I have had a lot of dental work in the past year and all of it was painless (and my teeth look awesome!). This is the absolute, without-a-doubt best dental office I've ever been to. The very sincere, kind humans working there have spent real time cultivating an environment of healing, and it shows from the moment you step in the door. Dr. Knox is the absolute best sort of person, the sort who actually, truly cares about her patients, and I'm sure that she considered that in every person she's hired onto her staff. I sincerely love everything about the staff and services at Otego Family Dental. The extremely kind and warm environment to the unlenthy visits made going to the dentist a pleasant experience as opposed to a dreaded one. The time spent in the waiting room prior to your appointment is literally minutes at most everytime. Dr. Knox and her staff are incredibly gentle, polite, respectful, informative and professional. I was so pleased with my experiences that I would not consider going anywhere else :).

Recently I was looking for a new dentist and decided to try out Otego Family Dental PC. I showed up with a history of fears and anxieties. Everyone in the practice treated me with professional kindness that greatly helped to gain my trust. I've had a complete exam with xrays, a cleaning, and today I had some dental work done, all of which were painfree and performed with the most modern, up to date methods I have experienced. My usual negative attitude about dental care is quickly changing for the better. I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff, the hygenists, and Dr. Knox are outstanding.
