The entire team at Osterkamp Family Dental truly makes every experience there, better then the last. From the moment you walk in, Karissa gets you set up with a genuine greeting and smile, instantly taking away the nerves of going to “the dentist”. That’s the biggest difference here, Dr. Osterkamp is not your ordinary dentist. He is extremely knowledgeable, calming and kind, making sure you and your family are comfortable. (Did I mention there is a massage chair and gelato in the waiting room?!) Dr. Osterkamp and his star assistant, Ashley, are an incredible team and have made my appointments smooth and easy. Highly Recommend!

Such a great experience. I was nervous to go in and left feeling relieved after an exam, X-rays, and a pain free cleaning! I will be back and I am happy to have established dental care. I have a permanent retainer bar on my bottom teeth and they needed some deep cleaning. I am very happy with the care and the cleaning, and I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the exam and the recommendations made to improve my dental health.

Wow! I had chipped a tooth & they were so kind to get me in right away. I had a partial crown put on & honestly it felt like it didn't happen. He made it seem so effortless & fast while being thorough. I was home in an hour. Hands down the fastest, easiest dental experience. Everyone was very kind & knowledgeable. He'll be my new dentist!

I’ve been a loyal patient of this practice for over 10 years and even brought my children here. Unfortunately, after arriving just 10 minutes late, I was treated with unnecessary rudeness and belittling behavior by the front desk staff. After so many years of loyalty, I expected a basic level of respect and professionalism. Sadly, this experience has led me to switch to another dentist. To clarify, there was no communication of a late arrival cancellation policy - nothing shared digitally or in person. I was walking in from the parking lot when I received the phone call referenced below. It’s unfortunate, but hope they update their communications so patients aren’t caught off guard.

So, I don’t usually like to take the time to give a review, but since Osterkamp Family Dental it is truly Exceptional, the easiest way I can say it is somehow they always seem to go above and beyond!
