Ossi Orthodontics

We have had two children go through the whole process of braces through Ossi Orthodontics, and our experience has been great! There are numerous appointments throughout the process, and considering that we had so many appointments for both children, and never once had even a hint of a bad experience it is remarkable! ALL of the staff are very professional, kind, helpful and friendly. Whether it was making appointments, changing appointments, billing questions, treatment questions … they are all so professional, patient and kind. Truly a unique experience in this time where excellent customer service is hard to find! I would recommend this office to anyone and will certainly be bringing my other children here in the future for any orthodontic needs!

Dr. Ossi has been fabulous throughout. The office staff are the friendliest - We are about 1/2 way through my daughter’s treatment so far and they have not disappointed! Very professional, providing regular progress updates to reassure us we are on course with each adjustment visit! Convenient locations and hours, plus very accommodating In emergency situations too. Could not recommend this practice more, both for their professionalism & expertise!!!!
