Oso Medical Pharmacy

BEST PHARMACY AROUND! They have an awesome staff & they are so caring, kind, helpful & willing to go the extra distance to get your scripts cheaper . They are very knowledgeable & very attentive. I have many allergies to prescription meds & they are always watching my back. There was a few times they had to flag scripts & get something else prescribed due to my allergies. I feel safe with Oso Pharmacy & I think they have an awesome group of people working here. I love them & I wouldn't trade their customer service for any other place. They are da BEST!!!!

This pharmacy would not fill my prescriptions as my doctor wrote them. Instead of a 90-day supply, they would only give me a 30-day supply. I had to return every 30 days to obtain the next part of my prescription. While I was not charged each time, it appears to me that my insurance was charged monthly for a "restocking " fee.

I have been with Oso Pharmacy for at least 7 years now, Amanda is the best pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with, always helpful with all my medication needs and questions. Tiffany can get any medications I’ve been prescribed covered by my insurance quickly, Savon pharmacy could take weeks to get medication covered. She is always available to help me whenever I need her. Alex and Emily are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and always helpful. Amanda always has the best generic and brand name medications available. I left Savon pharmacy that I had been with for over 30 years because of the medications and service that Oso Pharmacy provides . I will never go anywhere else. My only issue is the long hold times on the phone, I really hope that will change in the near future. If your looking for

OSO Specialty Pharmacy has refused or failured to deliver my father's pump for his chemo therapy to Loma Linda Cancer Center over unpaid $3.10 co-pay yes over $3.10 copayment! That being said without the chemo pump they had to cancel my father live threatening treatment AKA Chemo Therapy on Friday, February 23, 2024! My dad should not have medi medi co pay! The State of California needs to review this OSO specificalty Pharmacy's quality of services!

Amanda and the team at Oso Pharmacy are the best. It feels like being with family when you go to get your script filled. The staff are very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I recommend this pharmacy to all, these guys and gals are the real deal. Much Love guys. Thanks..
