Oshiro Pediatrics

I have been taking my four kids here for the past two years and I am now looking for a new Pediatrician. Initially, the reason why I chose his office was because I wanted a Doctor my kids could grow old with. Unfortunately, this is not it. As a mother of four kids who two of which had disabilities such as autism and ostomy care for majority of this time mind you, and on top of that a mother who just finished her nursing degree... I can have a very busy schedule. With this being said, they will send you letters telling you they are withdrawing as your pediatrician if you miss appointments. At first, I was understanding of course, but then it got to a point where they would want follow ups and because I knew their policy I would ask to wait to schedule follow ups but I am not sure if the off

I love Dr. Oshiro and Dr. Hom! We have been taking our children here for over 10 years and they have always been amazing. Their front staff always answers their phone ( which is huge in my book because many doctor offices do not) and they take care of things in a timely manner. I had an issue with insurance and the pharmacy, and their staff did every they could to make sure my son had his prescriptions. We live about 30 minutes or so from their office, but I will continue to see Dr. Oshiro and Dr. Hom because they are amazing! Thank you Doctors’ and the staff for all you do!

We've been going to Oshiro's for 5 years and both my kids have had the best experience! My son had a very rough start in life and requires a lot medically. The providers here have been able to explain everything very thoroughly, have had great medical advice, and referred plenty of great specialists when it was necessary. My kids love going here and the staff recognize my kids by name. The staff actually seems to enjoy working here too. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but it's clearly because the providers take time with each patient they see. The entire staff is absolutely amazing.

I just love Dr. Hom and Dr. Oshiro. They are always so patient to explain everything well to us. They are caring about the kids, so they are helping the kids to develop a healthy lifestyle and not just making treatment when things goes wrong. They can always use their expertise and experience to relieve my nervousness about the kids. I feel so lucky to have them as my kids’ pediatrics.

I’ve been taking my oldest here for about 4 years and now take my toddler. I cannot stand the front staff. They are beyond rude on multiple occasions. From scheduling conflicts to mask issues. This is my last straw. I waited in the back office for over an hour. No “I’m sorry for the long wait” nothing. This office needs to get their stuff together. Update. I have found a new drs office. Do not go here. It’s just trashy and unprofessional.
