I get better care here than I do at my own doctor’s office! I’ve had several UTIs and they always call a couple days after to check on me and let me know the results of a test that takes longer. They call me every time even though I can look it up on MyChart! When I come in, they are always so happy and sweet! They make you feel good the second you walk in the door! And wow are they FAST! I highly recommend!

I am writing this review out of complete frustration with the ongoing lack of accountability and professionalism at this urgent care. Earlier today, I called two hours before bringing my son in for an ankle injury to confirm that X-rays would be available. The woman on the phone placed me on hold to verify with the technicians, then came back and assured me they would be there until 7 PM. I confirmed my name, explained that I would be arriving around 5:30 PM, and was told that would be perfectly fine. I arrived at 5:21 PM, earlier than planned, only to be told that their X-ray machine had “shut down” 15 minutes prior. When I asked if it was broken, the staff member hesitated before finally saying yes. When I asked what time it would be fixed, she stated “when we open tomorrow morning at

Went last evening around 7 p.m. for an employment drug test where I was told they were open from 1-4 p.m. even on Christmas Eve. Came today right at 1 p.m. because that is when I was told they were open just to be told they closed at noon due to the holiday! If I was told the correct information by the staff this would not have been an issue.

Had an asthma flare up. They hooked me up with medication. I feel so much better already. Thank you for taking such good care of me, right before Christmas and my vacation next week.

I have been here twice and it was fast and thorough both times. James Hopper PA was great!
