Customer Reviews
I had my cyst removal surgery at this hospital and had an excellent experience. The doctor was amazing and truly listened to me after my symptoms had been dismissed elsewhere. The entire team was kind, professional, and made me feel supported throughout my stay. My night nurse was wonderful and incredibly attentive! Kelly was also amazing the following morning and made sure I was comfortable and cared for before I left. The surgical staff was great helped keep me calm and at ease. I had a comfortable room, the food was good, and overall it was a 10/10 experience. I’m very grateful to everyone who took care of me.
My wife recently gave birth at Little Company of Mary Hospital, and I cannot say enough about the incredible care we received. The nurses—**Jasmin, Diane, Melanie, and Karen**—were absolutely amazing throughout the entire delivery process. From the moment we arrived, they showed compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness. They guided us through every step, answered our questions with patience, and provided constant reassurance during what can be a stressful time. Their attentiveness made us feel supported and cared for, not just medically but emotionally as well. Each of them went above and beyond to make sure my wife was comfortable and that I felt included in the process. Their teamwork and dedication truly stood out, and we are deeply grateful for the role they played in welcom
I havnt been here in years and I chose to come here based on a friend's recommendation over christ hospital, and thank god I did. They were not that busy and I saw they were calling in patients fast!. I was in the waiting room like 30 mins. Which ive never experienced that swiftness in my life at a hospital!. I got into a temp room untill they got a bed made but that was only maybe 30 more minutes. So within about an hour I got a bed. I saw the doctor quick. Got blood drawn fast, mri quick. Everything was looked at. And I was able to get some information on what was going on with me. Im very happy with the service I got. So let's hope I dont need an er again anytime soon but if I do need to come back ill be coming here! Thank you
Julie and Shannon were the best nurses I have ever had. They always made sure I was comfortable, always helped me go to the bathroom, and they did everything in their power to make sure I felt safe. I would definitely recommend them, and if I ever had to return I will be asking for those two ! Julie and Shannon are on the 6th floor!
I’m really don’t know how to rate the hospital. I’m so disappointed at the staff and Er charge nurse. My dad was rushed to Er due to a massive stroke and brain bleed he was there for 3 hours and no one ever contacted me his documented medical power of attorney . The charge nurse said that’s it’s not protocol that a family is contracted in and sos situation. The major positive thing that OFS did was transfer him to Uic which has been an awesome communicator and caregiver in his care process. In those 3 hours what if he had slipped away and the and the hospital never thought it was important enough to call me .
