Osco Pharmacy

I’ve been using Star Osco for 7 and a half years. Recently they’ve been having problems receiving prescriptions from my doctor, and they always blame the doctor’s office. I’ve noticed similar reviews with people having the same problem. Today, when I called to tell them that I *know* my doctor faxed them the prescription, the person (I believe his name was Troy?) started LITERALLY YELLING AT ME and refusing to let me speak. This is atrocious and unacceptable behavior. I will be moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy ASAP.

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. When I call I get a person on the line, no waiting for 30 minutes only to be disconnected. When I go, there are rarely lines. The clerks that check you out can answer questions about your other scripts, submitting refills, telling you when they will be refilled). The staff are all super friendly too. I don’t know how or why I tolerated CVS for the past 10+ years. I thought poor customer service was a given but I learned it absolutely is not. This pharmacy puts patients first and I highly recommend them.

This is a terrific pharmacy. Unfortunately, I was not able to fill my prescription here this month, due to a nationwide cyber attack. Naturally, after significant effort on my part, I was able to have my doctor send a new prescription to CVS which they were able to fill The price you ask? It was twice as expensive as if I got it from Osco pharmacy. Unfortunately, I can’t wait for the medication so I had to go with the higher price, but I am poor anyone who is a patron of CVS to switch their allegiance to Osco pharmacy which provides the same medication at a much reduced price. in my case ADD medication is 1/2 of what it is at CVS At the pharmacy there is one employee in particular, which I really like and is very accommodating. They are always so friendly and fast and very professional!

Pleasant people, quick fills, and very much on their game. I got my script approved by insurance and filled by them in 24 hours. Which is much quicker than any CVS or Walgreens has been able to do.
