I had an excellent experience with my Invisalign treatment! The results were exactly what I hoped for! My teeth look great. The doctor was extremely personable and paid close attention to every detail throughout the process. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made each visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a very disappointing experience with this orthodontic office. They refused to release my daughter’s medical records and showed a complete lack of professionalism. Our daughter developed an infection caused by one of the metal bands they placed, a type of treatment that is honestly outdated and no longer recommended. They never paid proper attention to her case, and we decided not to continue treatment with them. It’s a shame they look nice on the outside, but they only care about money, not about ethical or professional care. And please, no excuses or public responses trying to look good we’re not interested in that. Just learn to treat patients with real care next time.

I had a great appointment today with Gracie and Dr. Lowe-Ching. Can’t wait to get started on my Invisalign journey!

Beyond amazing staff. On point with communication, they help accommodate visits between their office and with a regular dental check-up at another office. Gracie and Bianca are their rock star front office staff. Will be sad when my son's braces are officially off. Bonus, they're are open every other Saturday! Highly recommend!

Our ortho dentist is in Sacramento, Dr. Lowe-Ching and Rowena was nice enough to help us to take care of my daughter’s lose braces! Great people who are willing to help on a weekend!!!
