We got seen very quickly. The Front Desk staff was helpful and friendly . The PA that we saw, Jenna, had a great bedside manner. She explained the situation to my daughter and myself very thoroughly and made sure we understood the treatment plan before we left. I did not feel rushed through the appointment and I was able to ask questions without feeling like I was taking up too much of her time. I would definitely utilize this clinic again.

Was seen very quickly the staff were all nice. I'm self pay the office visit is a little much but priced about the same as other places, the pa jenn wanted to make sure that me having to be put into 2 different braces that the cost wasn't going to put me out of budget which they really wasn't bad priced but I'm thankful they made sure before just telling me it was going to be some crazy price more if I need to be seen again I will definitely return here 😊

I would use caution when choosing the Lenexa location. This clinic appeared as a Google-sponsored option when I was searching for urgent orthopedic care. I went in after my knee locked, with a known bucket-handle meniscus tear. Given that I couldn’t walk, drive, or care for my young kids, I expected some level of urgency or guidance. I was seen quickly, had X-rays done promptly, and met with a PA right away. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The PA’s bedside manner was lacking, and there was little acknowledgment of my pain or the seriousness of a locked knee. While an MRI was recommended, no treatment options were discussed, and the earliest follow-up offered was nine days out. There was no attempt to work me into another provider’s schedule. Ms. Foiles presented as very personable and knowledgeable. She performed a thorough, detail physical exam, and answered all questions. She didn’t “rush” through the visit. I was very comfortable with Ms. Foiles as my daughter’s provider. I would not hesitate to see her in the office again, and I recommend her to anyone looking for an orthopedic PA.

I visited the Orthopedic Urgent Care Walk in Clinic (I35 and 87th street) Tuesday (1/21/26) for severe pain in right shoulder. I was examined by Mackenzie Smith, PA. She was very attentive and professional providing explanation of the issue. I left very pleased with my first experience to this facility. Additionally the XRay tech was excellent. Thanks for providing excellent service.
