Dr. Bascharon and her staff are one of the best I’ve ever been to here in Las Vegas. They take care of their patients and treat you like family. She helped me get a good VA disability rating because of my bilateral knee arthritis. She was so helpful and understanding and patient And she is one of the best orthopedic surgeons here in Las Vegas. I will definitely suggest anybody that has any pain or joint problems any to go see Dct.Bascharon. She will definitely take care of you. She is the best.

When I first started seeing Dr. Bascharon she and her staff were breath of fresh air. However, that drastically changed when I asked for a copy of my medical records. I had left several messages requesting them but was not getting any response. So, I called and spoke with the front desk who informed me that my request was being held up because of a billing issue. Apparently I had an outstanding balance of $50 that I was not aware of because I had moved and was not receiving the statements (and I thought I had paid them fully). The front desk told me that once the billing issue was resolved they would process my request for my medical records. This is a complete violation of HIPPA to withhold records because of payment and when I told the front desk this, she got very upset and starting ba

The staff is always very friendly and kind. Dr. Randa Bascharon put my wrist back together after I fell and broke it. She did a perfect job. My wrist is almost back to normal.
