This deserves a Zero Star! Met with a Doctor Friday night during their emergency time 5-8 who couldn’t do anything to provide any pain relief for my wife’s sciatica, for us to come back Saturday morning to meet with the “Pain Doctor “. So Saturday we meet with the Doctor who proceeded to explain to my wife and I how he is committed to working 3 Saturdays a year at Randolph. It was obvious Michael S. Gutkin, MD didn’t want to be there, kept complaining the entire time, then he told my wife she has an “Old Lady Back” and short of Rx’s offered no immediate pain relief. Or, his statement “what hurts more, leg or back and it’s impossible for them to hurt the same”. And there is plenty more spewing the entire time, this was an inconvenience for him. Wonderful staff. Loved the fish tank in the waiting room. Dr. White was caring and easy to talk with. He walked me through the X-ray and gave me the best news ever.

Dr. Shin could not have been more Professional at my appt. He took the time to explain and make sure I understood what too expect. Both my wife and I were very well taken care of,Dr Shin is very Empathetic and Honest in the Best way possible. Unfortunately it was just a matter of time for me and I really do wish I could make the decision again,unfortunately I have a very Qualified Dr. I was sent to him by my Spine Surgeon ,however he and his staff are not patient or Empathetic. I guess it’s too bad that we don’t have the ability to rewind the clock. Good Luck to you all Richard Fiore

Dr. White was excellent in his evaluation & treatment of my ankle issue. He was thorough with the options available and allowing an open conversation on potential paths forward in treatment. Highly recommend.

I'm leaving a 5-star review for the amazing receptionist who helped us late last night (October 14). Our pediatrician recommended we come here after my toddler fell and hurt her arm, but unfortunately, we were told this place doesn't take children that young. The woman at the desk helped me find a pediatric ortho right before closing time, which we were able to rush to and get help. Turned out to be a Nursemaid's elbow injury that was able to be set in place and fixed immediately. Thank you so much - you saved our daughter a whole night of pain and us a night of worry. We appreciate all your help!
