Orthopedic Associates of Hartford Urgent Care

It's not so much just this place. What is it with doctor's offices? Appointment at whatever time. Get there. Wait for 20, 30 minutes. Move to another room. Wait. Is their time more valuable than ours? Its annoying and I feel like I'd rather go through life, be in pain, whatever, and take my chances. Just leave the planet when my time is up.

I must say I was 100% satisfied with the services provided for my daughter and all of the staff! They were kind, caring, sympathetic, compassionate and most of all very professional! The facility is very clean and comfortable. We were in and out. Nice smooth and easy. They were very welcoming. I highly recommend!

My experience this morning was great. I checked in and I was then immediately brought to a room. The PA saw me within one minute and I had X-rays done shortly thereafter. The PA then saw me again to go over the X-rays and recommend treatment, and I was soon on my way to check out. My experience could not have been better. From check in to check out everyone was kind and respectful. I would not hesitate to go there again. Highly recommend.

Good service, I didn't have to wait, they have everything you need for this kind of emergency, definitely I will use again this office in a future.
