I was out of town when I fractured the radial neck of my arm. Although it was a small fracture, Dr. Uppal’s office was incredibly prompt in getting me seen. Berenice, in particular, went above and beyond to help me obtain financial assistance, which I really appreciated since I didn’t have insurance and was traveling from out of state. Their care and compassion made a stressful situation much easier.

About 8 months ago, I was involved in a very serious car accident and wound up fracturing my spine, hips, and some ribs! I am so fortunate and lucky that Dr. Smith was on call when I was brought into the emergency room! He literally helped me every step of the way from not even being able to sit up in the bed by myself, to now being back up on my feet and working again, and able to move about with no restrictions anymore! Dr. Smith and his team are absolutely amazing and their support and care is truly appreciated! Thank you for everything!

I have seen many Doctors over my 74 years. Dr. Jeffery Smith is a quantum level above most. The care and treatment I received from him was exception... very compassionate and caring. His explanations about my injury were so thorough and easily understood, as were the exams and plans for my treatment and recovery. I was so lucky that he was on trauma call when I was brought into the emergency room. The follow up visits to his office were also exceptional. The staff is very welcoming and efficient. Again, I was very lucky to have him take care of me and am happy to say that my recovery was relatively easy and complete. Hats off to Dr. Smith and his team.

Dr. Uppal is one of the best surgeons I've ever had the pleasure of helping me. In July of 2022 I was involved in an almost deadly crash that left my foot completely mangled and multiple bones in my mid foot crushed. While in the hospital my first surgeon who saw me threatened to amputate my foot entirely but after Dr. Uppal came in he immediately put me at ease, explained exactly the process of what he was going to do and why, then basically rebuilt my foot. After leaving the hospital he and his team were in constant contact with me doing monthly in person check ups making sure I understood what to expect giving me clear goals for my recovery and his medical assistant Jessica was literally just a phone call away sometimes answering me after hours just to try and help. From the front desk
