Dr. Jacobs took his time with me and explained thoroughly my options but never pushed any option one me. He was kind and his bedside manner is phenomenal. Great experience and I am confident in the care he is providing me.

I was trying make my first appointment and was unable to do that. My call was picked up 5 different times. Each time they asked if i was a patient then put me on hold. The last time I was put on hold I waited 5 more minutes then the call was disconnected. If this is how they treat a new patient, I wonder how they treat existing patients. I am glad you are so busy you can afford to lose my business.

Went back to see Dr. Chayet s/p TKA because I respect his opinion. He advised me and I will follow his suggestions. He is the best orthopedic physician I have seen and I have been through several. Thank you Dr. Chayet... 01/20/2022 after going round and round with the billing department since 2020 they still have not corrected the problem nor given me my refund. It’s not about the refund it’s the principal! In my opinion after dealing with their billing department on several occasions their billing department is inept and incapable of understanding something as simple as a refund and resubmitting a claim! The doctor was fantastic but I will never return because of the billing department!

From the lady who took my information, to the gentleman who did the X-rays, to Dr. Bullock who listened and explained things to me, to the lady who escorted me back to the reception area. All first class. Highly recommend!

Staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. Dr. Blum was informative, professional and extremely helpful. He exchanged information and provided care options.
