This was my first time visiting OrthoNOW, and the experience was absolutely wonderful, just as highly recommended as I had heard. From the moment I arrived, the staff understood me right away and made everything so easy. As a new patient, I filled out the form quickly, and Dr. Daniel Céspedes immediately understood my problem and gave me an excellent recommendation. The attention and care were exceptional throughout, from the check-in process to the X-rays and every step of the way. Today we had an appointment with Dr. Daniel Cespedes at OrthoNOW, and our experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The place was spotless, very organized, and had a calm, professional atmosphere. The administrative staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient, which made us feel comfortable right away. He took his time examining everything thoroughly and explained our condition step by step, making sure we fully understood what was going on and how to treat it properly. I have been to this facility more than once for emergencies and follow-ups. Front desk is lovely and always very attentive and willing to help. Average waiting time 30 mins-1hr. Total time spent including X-rays and doctor visit 2 hours. Doctors and nurses are also very sweet and listen attentively. I have healed nicely and have no more pain.

Same day service available great. First consultation: content of conversation and evidence of knowledge etc evident and appreciated but that’s where the positives end. Office failed to inform me that medication was being sent for an acute pain rendering my arm unable to be lifted after knowing I have a 2.5 year old and a 6 month old at home and I’m unable to lift my baby. I was also told in no unequivocal terms that I would need physical therapy regardless of the results of my MRI (which I was given a script for) but absolutely no physical therapy referral offered even after second visit to the office. Most disappointingly I was told in very clear language reiterated in more than one way that should I get an MRI done the following day (a Friday) and able to return to their offices by end o
