Great experience. My daughter is a transfer patient previously treating with another orthodontist. Dr. Jones and his staff were very friendly and professional. The office is very clean and organized. Awilda was so helpful and knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining my daughter's treatment plan, insurance, and my payment plan. I am excited for the treating with Orthodontic Specialist of Florida!

I came because Awilda answered my the phone with such an upbeat, pleasant spirit! I had to come because I knew I would be treated well and I was. I am so happy with the service. Awilda was absolutely AMAZING today! She took such great care of me while setting up my same-day braces, and the whole process was super easy, fast, and smooth. Her energy, patience, and vibe made the experience so comfortable and honestly enjoyable. I loved her, she’s the best!

Wow! My son and I had our braces put on the same day during our first visit. Awilda and every staff member were exceptional from the time we entered the door until the time we left. Such a special group of people working here. We were treated with the greatest kindness and respect. Awilda was fantastic! The young ladies at the front desk were so kind. The doctor was very friendly and down to earth. The service was exceptional and timely. Their prices and monthly payments are affordable. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care!
