I had such an amazing experience getting my braces with Dr. Guelff]! From the very first consultation, he made me feel comfortable and confident about the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The entire office is professional, welcoming, and organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and appointments are quick but thorough. You can tell Dr. Guelff truly cares about his patients and their results. My smile has already improved so much, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to come here. If you’re thinking about getting braces, I 100% recommend this office. Wry friendly and professional staff! I appreciate how efficient they are in the appointments, and how flexible they are in scheduling. They were honest in Their assessments as well - we brought our son in for an evaluation and the doctor said he did not need braces yet.

We were originally patients of Dr. Cornejo and had a completely different experience before the practice was sold. Since being forced to finish treatment with Dietrich & Kelso, it has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. Both the Winter Haven and Lakeland offices have been consistently unprofessional with scheduling. We routinely wait over an hour past our appointment time, while watching multiple patients who arrived after us get called back first. There is zero communication or explanation — just endless waiting. When you’re paying thousands of dollars for orthodontic treatment, basic respect for your time should not be too much to ask. The lack of organization and disregard for patients is unacceptable. We would never recommend this orthodontist to anyone.

Dr Toby was very personable and helpful in reviewing my needs of whether or not braces would be a good fit for me. His staff and front office staff have been extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. All documents are easily accessible via email. Very organized office.

Doctor is very honest and up front. The staff is amazing. My step daughter enjoy coming to her appointments and loves the experience she having while in the process of having the smile she always wanted. Definitely recommend this place.
