My last experience after being a client for over 15 years, was absolutely disgusting . Just because I was late on one payment due to hospitalization they had no consideration and were even charging me a late fee after I paid it off in January . I was singled out to provide a CC number so they can deliver the cases they had just picked up. They could have told me that before they picked up. They refused to return the cases unless I paid. Cheap people , unprofessional and disrespectful . I called my patients and apologyze . I told them to enjoy the impressions and to keep them as souvenirs and sent my cases to a new lab. They lost a customer and they will get a complaint with the state board for retaining these cases . They should have not picked them up if they were gonna be acting this w
