I just had a fantastic experience at this clinic. The scheduling app was easy to use, the registration and paperwork were easy to complete, and I was able to get a pre-rescheduled appointment. The staff was extremely friendly, and I was seeing even a few minutes early of my scheduled appointment time. All in all I was out within an hour after getting x-rays and a physical exam and a plan of care. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough!

Despite having an appointment and needing to wait over an hour to be seen while I was in significant pain, I still highly recommend this location. The front desk team, physician assistant, and staff showed an incredible level of patience, compassion, and empathy during one of the most painful experiences of my life. When I was unable to walk, the staff went out of their way to support me—bringing my license and paperwork to me so I didn’t have to stand, offering support as I walked slowly, and consistently checking in with genuine care and understanding. Their kindness truly made a difference, especially during a moment when I likely should have been in the emergency room. I wish I could rate them above 5 stars. Carlos (and everyone from the Xray tech to the doctor) were phenomenal. I needed to be seen for a knee injury and xrays and the staff went above and beyond helping me. They are incredibly caring, kind, and helpful and I really can't thank them enough for how amazing they were with getting me seen as soon as possible.

Well done. You feel welcomed with helpful instruction once they make communication. I was running behind and they didn’t make a big deal. Once you arrive to the office they are very professional, warm and informative. The techs were engaging and I appreciated the level of detail and also caution in providing treatment from the attending physician. It speaks to the level of care the practice has when caring for its clients. Additionally, since my insurance provider wanted to add red tape, they provided me with optional avenues to address my needs instead of waiting! Again, much appreciated.

I’m so happy I was able to get a same day appointment. The entire staff was professional and helpful. The check in staff came around the desk to take my forms so I didn’t have to get up. The X-ray tech was friendly and complimentary. The health tech was informative and helpful. And the PA who performed my evaluation and immediate treatment was great. Overall - excellent bedside manner, efficient, and mindful of insurance. Highly recommend!
