Ortho Florida

Pros: Facility is clean and doctor was professional. Cons: Received a bill that I attempted to contact multiple times for two months without anyone ever getting in contact with me. I was charged $100 (with insurance) for a drug test without being notified of all these charges. I spent over $300 just in copay plus another $200 in additional fees. I am not at all upset at the amount, I believe when it comes to health it is what it is and you have to pay, but to not have them explain prior and just tell me to get physical therapy that was even more expensive made my overall experience not worth it. If you come, ASK QUESTIONS and make sure they explain any charges. America has horrible healthcare system and I'm not going to come back.

If I could give negative stars I would. I received a bill with charges that made no sense and for multiple items. I attempted to call them 7 times over the course of a month and My insurance company attempted to call as well. No answer EVER. No return call EVER. This is beyond poor customer service. They demand money but does not want to provide the service for patients to understand what they are paying for. If you use Ortho Florida, Make sure you ask for all up front costs after your insurance because they will just charge you irronous over charges and not allow you to speak to anyone about these charges. F-

I like the Drs Bayle and Dr Brown, the only thing is the they send me a bill telling how much I need to pay in my appointments and they senda bill after few years something the I didn’t understand, wasn’t my insurance or myself was the ortho Florida they don’t tell me the Medicaid is not accepting well let see - but they are great Drs.

Keep Receiving multiple bills after service.

the place is a huge mess, nothing works there, keep your distance!
