Dr. Stamatos and his staff are wonderfull. He is direct and plainspoken, which simplifies decision making. His staff is very professional, courteous and empathetic. Couldn't be happier with my visit.

I reached out to this office in hopes of becoming a patient, as they offer both in-person and telehealth options. Unfortunately, I was unexpectedly banned as a patient without any explanation. What concerns me most is that bans in this type of setting are typically connected to specific issues such as failed urine screenings or inappropriate conduct—but neither of those apply to me. I had a legitimate pain management referral and am an established pain management patient, so being denied without reason feels discriminatory and deeply troubling. Transparency and fairness are essential in healthcare, especially for patients who are already vulnerable and seeking proper care. I strongly urge administration to review this matter. I've been using Orlin and Cohen for about 20 years, Dr Smith has been my knee guy for almost all of that time and I've had both of my shoulderrs done by Dr Ticker in addition to seeing a few of your other specialist. Additionally many members of my family also use your practice. Your new phone system ***** beyond belief and will eventually cause many patients to seek care elsewhere. Its not because its new and different, its because its frustrating and time consuming. Figure out another way to save a few nickels and go back to the way it was. My time, like many others that use your practice is valuable and spending it navigating and waiting on your streamlined network is wasting it.
