De. Rivera Mirabal was amazing. The only problem with this office is the front desk. They are very rude. They keep you waiting at the phone for a long time, they never know nothing or they tell you something at the office and then you call to confirm and they tell you something different.

Everything was super easy, I had a referral on hands even being my first appointment everything was smooth and easy and my surgery schedule just a week later.

The best Urologist in town by far. I have been to both locations to see Dr. Rivera and every visit has been very professional and efficient. I also had a surgery performed by Dr. Rivera and it went extremely well. Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a urologist.

I haven’t even walked into this place & I will not be. I called because my husband is experiencing pain in his part. I was hung up on twice after being on hold for more than 10 minutes. Then I called again, I shouldn’t have called back but I did, and I got Sara. I had a silly question about if my husband needed a referral because I wasn't sure, she rudely asked about what our insurance card said & because it says “MyBlue” I was told “oh he needs an authorization, ay, that’s suuuuper complicated, ugh”. And then hung up once I said “okay thanks”.

As somebody said, they use their minds to diagnostic you instead of doing a physical examination or any other exam.... don't come here if you want a good doctor.
