I have to say this Pharmacy truly cares. I come once a month and if it's not ready it's never a long wait. Once I had servere dry mouth the Pharmacist offered a bottle of water and a product that helps with dry mouth. And if he is working when i come in he ALWAYS offers a bottle of water. For sure 5 stars. Thank you to them all!!

This is a great pharmacy. They’re very professional, friendly and caring. Staff members are extremely kind and are genuinely willing to help you. The first time I went there, they were cordial and made me feel welcomed. Overall, they are punctual, friendly and caring. EDIT: After coming here for 7 months, I can certainly say without a doubt that each pharmacy staff member here are extremely helpful, friendly and overall a great group of professionals who go the extra mile to take care of you. A big thank you to: Mel, Vanessa, Joe M, Joe, and everyone else!

I don't understand the good reviews! By far the worst Pharmacy to do business with. They will give you the run around, promise to follow up with you or your provider, but fails to do so, keep you on hold on the call cuts off or you give you. Unbelievable!!!!

I had a medication reaction while traveling and needed help locating my original brand of medication. Dr. Joe went above & beyond to help me in a time of need. I called 20+ pharmacies prior to Orlando Procare and this was the first one to take an interest in helping me get the medication I needed in a timely fashion. He transferred the script, ordered the medication and had it ready for me the next morning. I wish I lived locally so I could support the pharmacy more regularly. Thanks for your willingness to help!

Terrible. I call to check on my scripts. The Dr. tells me he has my script but then asks how did I hear about the place. (Umm thru google). He says he has never helped me before so he can’t help me now. He asked me how am I going to pay for it. (Umm money). Then tells me I should try somewhere else. I don’t know if he could tell if I was black or what his problem was. Worst experience I ever had with a pharmacy. Def reporting him for refusing my service
