Excellent service, from beginning to end. The front desk girls, Priscilla, Deb and Jeni, were all terrific. They helped me navigate through the intricacies and processes as well as clearing up misconceptions I had wrongly assumed. What is noteworthy here is their collective patience and caring! Thank you! Dr. Campbell was really great! Options were clearly defined as he carefully incorporated all factors and exigencies. This is very much appreciated!

Honestly, no one looks forward to getting teeth extracted. However, Dr. Campbell and his staff have made this the most seamless process possible. They are very responsive, friendly, and caring. I was very nervous to get my wisdom teeth removed. It was one of those things that I knew I needed to do, but put off for years. I’m now in day five of healing with no complications. Dr. Campbell and his staff have been responsive via phone call and text message. I hope to never have to get a tooth extracted again, but if so, I know who to call

I cannot recommend them enough! The entire team is welcoming and friendly. Jeni went above and beyond to ensure my insurance had everything they needed to cover my procedure and gave me options for self-payment in case insurance would not cover it. They got me in same-day for a consult, and I was scheduled for surgery two days later. I felt that I was in good hands with Dr. Campbell, my surgery went smoothly, and he even texted me later that night to check up on me and offer to answer any questions I had. An incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming office that I recommend for any dental surgery.

My husband was previously a patient and had all good things to say about the office and Dr. Campbell. Today was my first consult and the experience was really a good one! Not only was the staff welcoming & professional but they were quick in the registration process and getting me inside to see the doctor. Dr. Campbell was kind and eager to hear my concerns offering advice and knowledge in how to proceed with my concerns over my wisdom tooth issues. I felt that I was in good hands. My next review will be on post op recovery! (I'm not worried)

⸻ I’m very disappointed with how unorganized this office was. I called back in November because my 18-year-old daughter is in severe pain from her wisdom teeth and provided our insurance information upfront. I was incorrectly told I needed a referral, which led to unnecessary appointments and delays. After waiting weeks for a consult, I was informed just hours before the appointment that my PPO doesn’t require a referral and that my insurance has a one-year waiting period for major surgery—making the visit pointless. This should have been explained from the beginning, especially when a patient is in pain.
