This afternoon 09/21 I called many times, in the end they answered to tell me: One moment please, they left me on hold and never answered me again, they left me waiting for more than 17 minutes, it was 5pm, the telephone service leaves a lot to be said, it seems disrespectful to me... if a person is calling it is for a reason.

The office was very genuine and caring. They attended everything I needed and the office manager Gilmarie made sure everything went well. 5 out of 5 stars.

Front door said to call a number before doing anything else and no answer. I tried again and still no answer. Said mailbox was full. Lights were off but it said they were open.
