Words are not adequate to express the top notch service and care my husband (ICU patient) and myself receive at ORMC Orlando. The entire nursing and medical team at the trauma ICU went above and beyond caring for my husband during his time there. We spent Thanksgiving Day (2025) in the ICU but have never been more grateful for life and the blessing of being cared for in such a place as this. The nurses and staff genuinely care for the wellness and comfort of the patients. Saffie’s kindness, gentleness, compassion, professionalism, knowledge and encouragement was exemplary. Marcos took time out of his busy schedule to visit my husband with his guitar and performed a beautiful song originally sang by Bob Marley. My husband went for a heart cath that was supposed to be at 1. Through no fault of the hospital many of the patients getting procedures needed to be admitted and the hospital was full. So things got backed up and he didn’t have his procedure until 5. His procedure did not warrant an overnight stay but because we live so far away they said they would try to accommodate us since his four hour time for laying flat would put us on the road very late. He got to his room on the b side of the 5th floor around 8:30. The nurse, Vince and his tech, Sharonna were very skilled and attentive. The first word that comes to mind when I think of ORMC is 'fantastic' This was a top notch experience. I ended up in the Cancer center and couldn't be more appreciative of the staff. Everyone from the Drs, nurses, assistants, dietician, and cleaning crew were awesome. The only thing that mattered to any of them was my health and well being;

My to-go hospital 🏥💖 This hospital has helped me during my time of need and they truly care about their patients. The doctors, nurses, and staff at ORMC work very hard and always answer my questions. I like the delicious food too!

My son has been coming here for two years for follow ups after his accident and they are good. Cammy, Daniela and Anthony were great at check in , in the room and when we left. I believe it was Anthony who gave my baby a cute teddy bear and I thought that was very thoughtful. Thank you guys for being there for my kid, communication is good as well, I haven’t had any problems.
