Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute - Leesburg

The staff at this facility for Dr. Hill are very rude and very undertrained. after an extensive period of time dealing with Dr‘s Hills office staff Dr.Hills staff was the one making a mistake on getting information from another facility and this was after 3 weeks of confusion that was caused by Dr. Hill‘s office. Furthermore, they tried to make me the escape goat by saying I was the one doing everything wrong. All of this was over their fax, not working and to top it off when a email was given apparently it was the wrong email going to the wrong person within Dr.Hills office. I will never return to this facility regardless of how good Dr. Hill might be because his office staff is an extension of his professionalism. I’m very disturbed by the lack of care of his office staff. and no one
