Big, spacious, and enough chairs for seating. Clean and comfortable. Calm atmosphere. But the wait is a big long. However, the staff is responsible, respectful and supportive.

Bring your own chair, lunch, and water. Be prepared to get up to go to the back, just to come back into the waiting room to fill out paperwork. This place is always packed with people waiting long past their appointment time. No idea why this place is so inefficient and it's mandatory to come here before surgery. They should be able to keep up with the volume of patients but they can't. Also only one companion back at a time. It is super difficult to use this facility with elderly parents. If you can avoid this place please do. I feared for my dad's blood sugar, my parents being bombarded by the staff and I'm not able to advocate for them.

It called my attention by the comments of certain people, who said that they have to wait more than two hours to be served. So I encouraged myself to have to wait. For reason that are irrelevant I arrived before the hour of my appointment. I was treated very kindly at the front desk. And they assignment a color that would be my identifications by they which they would call me. I sat in the waiting room and took my tablet to entertain myself while I waited.
