Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital

Being in lake Mary hospital was an amazing time for me as a patient the staff the hospital itself was clean the staff there was amazing and treated me well. The staff took good care of me for the past 4 days that I was there. they were amazing I felt like I was at home I felt like I was taken care of by family. They made sure that I was fit and well enough to go home they always made sure that they were on time giving me medications they made sure that they will always there at a really well timing when I asked for their time I would say I was 100% happy with their services and I want to say thank you for everything I think I have found a family and I think I have found the right place to go to thank you.

My stay at Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital was truly wonderful. Every doctor, nurse, and staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. A special thank-you to our nurse Alex, who took amazing care of us on the first day and was so gentle and caring with our baby. All the nurses were fantastic — always ready to help, especially when my husband wasn’t there. They checked on me often, made sure I was comfortable, and supported me in every way. The delivery went perfectly, and the entire team made me feel safe and confident throughout the process. The hospital itself is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff from registration to discharge was just excellent! The charge nurse of pre op Kevin, Angela aka Angel who started my IV, Dawn my circulator, Emily my CRNA, Mikal my MDA and the pacu nurse who I knew and held apparently long conversation with but don’t remember due to anesthesia. I must say I am extremely proud of this hospital and the care I receive while being here. Originally, I had my whole delivery planned out and this hospital was not in the plan. Lol 😅.My plans was to deliver at Advent Health Winter Park but I did not regret having my baby at Orlando Health Lake Mary. I came in the ER through EMS and immediately the doctor and all the nurses(the whole team) came in and immediately attended to me. I felt special lol. Allison and Morgan in the recovery room were extremely amazing words cannot describe these two women. I was overwhelmed, scared and afraid but they helped me get through it, all the way. They made me feel SUPER comfortable and relieved, even though I was getting ready to go down a road(delivery) that was very scary. I felt like a champ with these

Beautiful, brand new facility and professionals with the highest quality of care from beginning to end. I was greeted and checked in with a smile and proceeded to be prepped for my outpatient surgery by my nurse Angela, AKA Angel. She made me feel like I was at a day spa and completely eliminated all anxiety I was experiencing. I will always be grateful for my Angel. Everyone, from the young man Chris, who took his time and was able to insert my IV painlessly, the anesthesiologist to my recovery nurse Amy that were caring and attentive.
