Alice drew my blood today. She is great at her job. Also front desk staff are always kind and helpful.

Wow wow wow 10/10 experience. I can NOT praise them enough. Miguel in the front and sinthia in the back . ( I hope I spelled her name correctly). I came yesterday at 9 but they informed me the specific lab my Dr ordered had to be done at 8am exactly. So sinethia told me to come back tomorrow at 750 and she would come in early for me, and Miguel said yes don't even worry just come in and check in with me and we will get you back. As a busy mom of 2 littles who doesn't have child care I almost cried. I can't believe how out of their way they went for me. I came this morning at 750 and they treated me like a VIP !! I will never go anywhere again. Thank you both and also sinethia did the best blood draw! This is for the spring lakes lab works

My first visit at this location. Waited 1 hr for a walk-in appointment. I understand it's a walk-in without an appt but it's not ideal if you're trying to be in and out. Staff is kind, location is clean. They share pre-admission labs with patients from the hospital so I'm sure it contributes to their higher patient flow. They are located in the new Jewitt orthopedic building

I have a really bad phobia of needles, and unfortunately in a position currently with needing a lot of bloodwork. Alice has been wonderful dealing with me, and has shown me a lot of kindness with my fear, even when I’m only ever crying when I see her, she is great! She’s also never missed, or caused any bruising so she does a great job

Great place!! Easy parking and easy to access location. I’m known as a “hard stick “ so I’m pleased to report that my technician got in in one painless stick! The staff is friendly, polite, respectful and professional. My technician even wrote down for me the name of a special test so I can ask my doctor to order it for me. And....I was in and out within 15 minutes!!!
