Orlando Health Heart & Vascular Institute - Maitland

Very bad experience, my parents felt discriminated. When they arrived for their appointment, that were not even offered a good morning or do you have an appointment. The lady at the desk simply said “ last name”. My parents speak English and can communicate. They were registered and they were told to take a seat. The person that came in after them was properly greeted with a hello and smile. Hope you can train the staff to consistently treat patients equally. My parents are in their 70s and should be treated with respect.

Was told to arrive 15 minutes early for our appointment at 1. Doors were locked. Bathroom was not fully wheelchair accessible, could not get the wheelchair into the stall.
