Orlando Health ER and Medical Pavilion Osceola

I end up in an ER more often than I like, but I always go here. They're never busy, and the staff is always friendly. Unfortunately, there is always a long wait to be seen or to get a room.

I went to the emergency room for severe pain in my legs. I was treated drug addict looking for a new supplier instead of a patient. I was put into an office by a nurse and not a hospital bed. Waited there until I was seen by a doctor. Thank God she recognized that my pain was in fact real. Over all 1 Star would not recommend

I went in this morning with Chest discomfort and my blood pressure high enough for me to worry . I walked in and at the front desk there was a man who was soooooo nice and helpful and made me feel comfortable and right away walked me into a room . Then followed the triage nurse Noor which words can’t explain how grateful I am for him being so empathetic attentive and patient with me words cannot describe his effort which helped me there till I left . Another nurse I think Carlos or chris was with him too who was extremely gentle and sweet . I’m oh so grateful for the staff this morning !!!!!!!

Quick and efficient. Friendly nurses and doctor. Thank you for helping me feel better.

Was in severe pain and literally falling over when trying to walk and no care from staff. The wait, even with my obviously horrible symptoms didn’t matter to them. They continued to make me wait in agony for another hour in the waiting room. Subpar treatment, even from the doctors,and no concern for patients.
